Job Description

OHSU is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Portland, Oregon. You will prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and operate gamma cameras and PET/CT scanners.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals per protocol
  • Operate gamma cameras, SPECT, and PET/CT equipment
  • Perform quality control on imaging equipment and radiopharmaceuticals
  • Ensure radiation safety and proper waste disposal
  • Process and evaluate nuclear medicine images

Requirements

  • ARRT certification required with advanced certification preferred
  • State licensure required
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in specialized modality
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
